Ty Irby is the most professional, informed, and dedicated real estate professional I have ever used. This is the third property he has sold for me and he has kept me informed of all developments in the process, regardless of how small. He calls when he says he will and has the attention to detail that is missing in most of the agents out there today. He sold two of my properties the first week it was on the market and one of them the first day on the market. If you don't really want your house sold, then don't list it with Ty because you will be moving soon.
